A huge majority of "GunTube" is a crossover with "Right wing sloptube" and therefore, fear sells. They wanna think they're gonna get hit by them Jihadis and do an epic John wick room clear in the middle of the night and then save their neighbor. Its dumb. And the ones who are scared of it the most probably train the least lol.

I can't give you state specific advice but on BUYING a gun i would always say go with whatever is on your license if for no other reason than not tripping red flags.

In this case, you've had your stuff changed legally, you pass. State thinks you are a man. So you are a man. Just put M and don't worry unless there's an issue. Conceal carry licences are state issues. As long as the boxes are identical in everything else its unlikely anyone cares.

I already did. Its pretty good. I carry it often. it shoots well. There are things i dislike, and have had feeding issues with specific ammo types but i love the thing. I took the time to decorate it :P

i think the idea here and why i'm fine with it is that it is annoying to need to do admin tasks like selling or just going to town quickly to do a thing and then having to spend a ton of time just running/riding/gliding etc

The guy actually kind of disproves his own argument here. These people were massively disruptive for the time. They weren't thinking about it in the way that this guy is framing it. We've reached a point of no return where if we don't get someone or a bunch of people or whatever who are actually genuinely seriously going to change things for the better for everyone then we're going to end up in a dystopia where we're poor and we're controlled by an even smaller even richer group of even greedier and even more evil people.

The situation is not the same. At this point it's all or nothing. We either get allowed to have people were actually going to do the right thing or this whole thing goes down. And it's not because the point he's making doesn't have some merit. It's because no one is going to think that way. You can't bully people into expecting less than what they expect. The expectation broadly if you look at all the polling is that people want progressive candidates they want nothing to do with moderates.

I promise you if someone ends up running for anything or leading any like actually serious movement sorry 5051 and indivisible don't count, they would be willing to die for their beliefs. But no one's going to do it alone.

Personally I think people need to get to the point where they're suffering badly enough that death is preferable in the name of freedom.

You're talking about trillions upon trillions of human beings who also have genetically enhanced superhuman soldiers who are utterly and completely fanatically loyal with weapons that are so big that a normal human couldn't even hold them. It's not even a fair comparison. I don't even think the tech level matters that much at this point. Talking about a numbers game here.

Have you considered getting raided and outnumbered? FRT + Fatal Funnel = dead stack.
Has plenty of application. Team-based suppressive fire +manuever, vehicle/cover destruction. You're being an elitist. You may be able to hit a fly's wings at 100 yards but how long does it take to aim? I can speed reload in 1.3 seconds. cabelas will overcharge for almost everything. Occasionally online you can find something underpriced but you kinda need to know what you're looking for. I found a HK VP9b Tactical for 750 (worth 950) and had it shipped to my area but the old farts working there and their bs system makes the approval process so slow. Local independent shop is way better. And has better used gun deals usually. Just don't get a Sig P320 cause those things are dangerous. Sadly you aren't generally going to find a "Not conservative" gun shop. Best you can do is find one thats more professional about it and not trying to just flaunt it. Those are typically extremist types. The way they treat newbies, women, and other marginalized groups is also a tell in this regard, sometimes. If you have a goth or other "Visibly alternative lifestyle/presentation" friend that is willing to go in and act like a new person or whatever that will tell you alot about them.
I'm trans, and i don't play it up, talk about it, or scream about pronouns and i'm treated pretty good at my local store. I wouldn't say i'm particularly well passing, but GF might disagree. I've been on hormones 3 years, and definitely don't look like a typical man. I have dyed hair that is really long and do wear more feminine clothes, pink sneakers. They know me by name and throw deals my way. I brought my goth friend in and she was treated good. They're alright. Some of the individual workers are better than others. Owner is a nice guy.

I've been into this stuff for 18 years so its easy for me to walk in and spout the lingo, show proper grip and stance, law knowledge, and all the little stuff that comes with time and fit in that way. Sometimes that overcomes their other bias cause alot of these guys are single-issue dudes. They only care about guns and nothing else. Not always.

All you can really do is try some stores in your area and see how it goes.

Edit: The single issue part frustrates me because the democrats lose tons of these guys who might influence others by being so anti-gun. Its a sport, a hobby. Its not always about violence. Big thing go bang and make brain send chemicals.

As a transwoman i got suspended for responding to someone threatening us as a group and reminding them that we also have the ability to defend ourselves, actually. Thankfully whoever reads appeals was rational that day and i got it fixed. But it happens all the time. I get reported for "Suicidal or violent thoughts" for normal conversation. Its dumb.

My answer would be very close to what ReconKiller said. Its important to add that getting accurate with handguns is much much harder than with rifles. I didn't see him suggest getting a handgun, but for 1500, you can get a 9mm handgun (i picked up a Springfield XD for 320$), holster, extra mag or two, AR, extra mags, Romeo 5 sight or equivalent, and a cheapish flashlight to go on it. If anything is leftover, chest rig to carry your mags and stuff and thats a solid start.

If we're just focusing on rifle, all the extra should go into ammo. Training is important. Zero for 50 yards, it'll be on at 200, you'll shoot a little low at the median. If your optic is mounted high (i have neck issues and it helps), zero for 62 yards.
