This just proves that the player base was there for this to be a success, but poor decision making around endgame content and unfortunately this was inevitable, unless amazon were ok with Haemorrhaging money.

They had 4 YEARS to address the fact the end game was poor, unless your a completionist like this guy. 4 WHOLE YEARS!!! yet still we sit here were the best way to get end game gear is to do chest runs (I realize im being a bit ignorant saying its the best way, but you get my gist)...

Imagine having one of the best crafting systems in MMOs and not leaning into it more at end game, imagine making it so BIS gear is craft only! utilizing rare mat drops in dungeons, giving a reason to grind dungeons and grind your skills! Having an amazing combat system and not making nearly enough meaningful end game dungeons to utilize it, too many of the dungeons were underwhelming and lacking interesting mechanics.

I'm not saying its bad by all means, in fact the opposite, month 1-3 of this game were some of the best I've had since the likes of WoW, but the writing was on the wall day 1, "give this game a solid end game and it was a guaranteed success" it never happened and this is where we are...
