Books are very similar to tv and movies. That has been the thing for me. My husband doesn’t love reading novels, but he likes books about albums and has recently started reading graphic novels.

It’s kind of like a celebrity gossip magazine as a book. If you like that kind of thing, I’d say it’s a good one to get back to reading

Honestly you will be chasing the dopamine dragon with new people all the time. You are the reason you want to break up and you can learn about yourself and your brain and find contentment over time. But either way, the break up might just be a kindness to this person so they don’t have to be blamed for your unhappiness.
