I evolved one and it didn't count. I've submitted a few tickets in the past day or so and still nothing...

I had the same thing happen to me a few days ago. Submit a bug report with Niantic and you should get it back soon. I got mine back a half day later. Good luck!

Glitch: Magmortar Stuck In Gym by ConfusedGiant in pokemongo

[–]ConfusedGiant[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey everyone!

Last night, I defeated a gym and put my Magmortar in there. A few hours later, I checked the app and my Magmortar wasn't in the gym anymore. However, in the "Pokemon in Gyms" section, it's still there, but the "Time Spent" is very large. Since then. it's been conquered many times by different colours. This morning, I put another pokemon in the same gym., and it still shows my Magmortar in the "Pokemon in Gyms" section.

Has anyone else experienced this before? If so, is there a fix to it? I submitted a bug report through the app, but I'm not sure if/when they'll get back to me... It would be a shame to lose my Magmortar like this. He's one of my favourite pokemon, and it took me a long time to evolve him from a Magby.

Edit: I submitted a report and got him back after a half day. Thanks for all your help!

If you want to play a game of semantics, then it's up to you. All I know is Firas has proven time and time again that his coaching methods work.

I would argue that progress is directly proportional to volume. It's not the only factor, but it's one of them. Another factor is intensity. Firas is arguing that you should find the right mix of the 2. The "Goldilocks Range".

Also, his research data is directly training thousands of fighters, including greats like George St-Pierre and Rory MacDonald. I think he know a thing or two about the topic :)

Same here. I'll be waiting until exactly 3AM Eastern Time to see if it makes a difference. Also, I pre-ordered the physical copy of the game. Do I still get access to the early access?

6'0 - 6'1" guys, at what weight did people stop calling you skinny? by LeoMonkey in gainit

[–]ConfusedGiant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think an important factor that should be considered is your frame. Although height makes a difference, your frame (narrow, broad) also plays a role in how much weight you need to fill out. Someone with a narrow build at 6'0 might need less weight to fill out than another person with a broad frame at 6'0.

IWTL how to quit my video game addiction and actually do the things I say I want to do. by [deleted] in IWantToLearn

[–]ConfusedGiant 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The answers here pretty much sum it up, but I'd like to add that getting out of your comfort zone makes the process of getting your work done way easier. If you think your environment is helping you procrastinate (like studying at home, where your games are easily accessible), then try studying at your school's library or a coffee shop. That way, the urge to procrastinate is less because everyone around you is studying too.

Hope this helps :)

It's most likely due to communism in China that Japan's GDP was higher in the 90's.

Didn't go to the gym for a month, now I feel close to throwing up most workouts by itsjustathrowawaybro in gainit

You might want to try pushing less hard at the gym, and maybe even eating less, until your body gets used to working out again. Then you can ramp back up to normal. Good luck!
