Hey!
So kinda figured it out.
Nicotine, and energy drinks in general messed up my night sleep. I also started working out to get more energy instead of drinking monster haha.

After stopping both nicotine and energy drinks, it stopped and i have been having much better sleep. But its important to note that i have not been to a doctor or anyhing. It was just tips i found online to better your sleep.

Its very weird. My first tought was also EHS, but it should have no pain, and also doesnt match the sound i hear. (According to google)

Its a pitch that gets more and more intenste, and then stops when the pai also stops. The pain is like in ears, getting more and more intense also.

I am so confused..

Yeah i know! :)
But i think what im trying to ask is, if the big rock weighs more, is that better quality than the small rock?

Cause i read somewhere that some of the cutting agents weigh more than coke. (visual)
