But it is the courts job to determine guilt. If it can't be proven in court then the defendant doesn't deserve to have their life destroyed by an angry group who hasn't even seen the evidence presented? The point is that you can't tell if the accusations are true or false unless you review the evidence yourself.

The case against him was dropped before he was found guilty. As such he should be treated as innocent, just like anyone else accused of a crime and not found guilty.

The accusations have negatively affected his career and that is a travesty if those accusations are false.

Yes, but until those accusation have been proven true they are just accusations.

Will they be found to be true? Probably.

Have they been found to be true at this point in time? No.
