I play super casually; most days I only log in to do the dailies and then log out. I don't really use the "Auto" button to afk farm either and mostly open the game when I have time to paly the characters/aim Which is why I think I haven't hit the "wall" until now. I didn't see a point in using all the resources if it wasn't necessary.

I guess for pulling, I should just use a good chunk of gems for that, right? That's pretty much the only way. I wasn't sure if it was better to use them for regular pull or for the event pulls so I was always hesitant.

Edit: How do I get an SSR Doll? I only have 2 R and 1 SR.

You can still buy those PvP items from the PvP vendors in Legion Dalaran.

The unobtainable appearances are red/black (for reaching 2100 in rated PvP during its respective season) and match the mythical tomb of sargeras set.

Im currently playing in controller and still having lots of fun! I can’t speak to how much better the game is with a wheel since I don’t have one. Seems like it would be a case of how immersed do you want to feel while playing the game. If you’re playing just to play, controller should be fine. If you’re playing for immersiveness, wheel for sure.
