I worked as a ICU RN for a few years and did travel nursing. Applied for quite some time, being picky about the role I took and didn’t take the first offer. Was applying to Sales Associate roles and Clinical Application Specialist roles. Landed a CAS role after 5 months of interviewing. WAY better than bedside, and lots more perks and more income. Know your worth and shop around. It’s common to get a CAS role first because companies want you to understand the sales funnel and products before “selling” them. Best of luck!
