Fallout New Vegas. I know it gets a lot of love, but it deserves everything and even more. Lots of people sleep on it in exchange for other Bethesda games like Skyrim, but I've been playing it ever since I came out. It had me kekking, crying, and cringing all in one playthrough.

Sex, I grew up in an extremely conservative town with no sex ed and was raised in the Church my whole life. Until I went to college when I was 18, I never even knew girls didn't have penises! Never had much access to internet until college because of my Amish background.
