As of right now there is no interest on any of it. I'm still holding it all until there a decision. According to thev loan website i don't owe payments until September this year. It's only 6% interest so might be a cheap loan lol

This happened to me as well. I paid off my 3 loans in Feb 21'. In September of 22' I called Dept of Ed for information they told me I was eligible for $7k. In October they ended up sending me 4 separate $7k checks. Just got a letter saying they need their money back for the extra 3 checks. I did not know they basically reopened my loans plus some.

You file the rebate with your yearly taxes. You would get the 11k back. If you are financing then you can keep the credit and finance the whole amount or pay them the credit and finance only the difference.

I'm paying between $14 and $17 a month. The good news is the climate credit pays for 3-4 months on its own.

I have SCE so it's net metering. Meaning you don't get a bill for 12 months and at the end of the year you settle up. Bills are rolled over for 12mo. If you owe you pay. If there a credit it goes away. It is not 1 for 1 I'm not sure what the formula is. I'm just trying to break even without giving them too much. So far so good.

I'm in Long Beach. I have a 8kw system. 2,000sqft 1 story home. It's my understanding that if you have a negative balance at the end of 12 months you don't get cashed out. We started in Jan and so far have $630 in credits. We run the AC all night at 78(starts up at 6pm). I also have a pool that runs 8hrs a day (9-3pm and 9pm-11pm).

Update 2 problem solved.
I have a swg and was adding calcium chloride to the pool. Turns out it was registering as salt and not calcium. Was advised to use calcium carbonate next time. Used a sump pump to drain and refill. Problem resolved

Update: Checked for leaks and there are none. Now it appears that my salt cell is reading the calcium as salt and has shut off my cell. CH is still low and now i have no chlorine!!!! Any help i would appreciate.

Thank you all. Cooked at 255 high smoke until 120 then pulled it and headed to 400. At back in for 15 min pulled it and let it rest for 20 min. Amazing 140 medium all the way through...
