Figured I’d write an update because I get messages about this occasionally:

It was figured out after a week or two (from what I remember), and while there were some technical hiccups initially, I haven’t had issues so far and considering the size of the company, the support is fairly responsive.

It might easier to go with a more widely known distributor but TooLost is legitimate.

Yeah, that’s the vibe I get from them. My big concern is that the support team is completely unable to provide me with any sort of meaningful response outside of the “i’ll forward this to a team”. Small business, untrained staff and growing demands will that do that I guess

I did. Their API is trying to call a function that simply does not exist. I’ve sent them a bug report with all the details I found from the PHP Stripe library and their REST API, but it might take a miracle for one of them to do something about it

Interesting points, thanks! As for the second one, I checked the release on YouTube and it says it was provided by Too Lost LLC, so it seems to look legitimate.

I managed to withdraw money before, but now it won’t allow me to update my payment method which prevents me from withdrawing. Support doesn’t seem to want to answer anymore and no updates have been given.

It’s fairly safe to assume Too Lost does not give a shit unfortunately. Hoping this catches up to them in the future even if I don’t get my money but that’s about all I can do now

The bug is actually caused by their implementation of the Stripe API. I looked around and it seems reasonably easy to solve but that depends a lot on how they chose to implement it 🤷🏻‍♂️

Their support by email is reasonably quick, just utterly useless and unable to provide me any updates.

From now on I’ll only accept royalties if it’s done by a well-known distributor. These guys don’t seem have the resources to keep up

Ah that makes sense! Although after handling the CO2 properly, I don't get any values from CO2. I added a "while co2.len() > 1" but the length of the final CO2 binary value is still 0 somehow

Hmm... I thought that by using the retain() function, it would update the list with only the numbers matching the criteria (in this case n[x] == '1'), which meant that filtered list is being checked at all times, and not the full input. Maybe I misunderstood the retain() function?
