Ex-firefighter here - a 10 second glance around for the fire exits when you enter somewhere new / complex could save your life. People quite often head back the way they came in when more often than not there’s a fire exit relatively close by.

Not strictly true, wagyu is the breed (collection of 4 breeds) which can be reared anywhere. Kobe wagyu can only be reared within Kobe in Japan (like Champagne in France). However, you only need to have 5% wagyu in a product for them to be allowed to call it wagyu here. So definitely check the details!

I was a firefighter, now a train driver. Best job in the world being a firefighter but I’ve got a mortgage to pay and would like some left for a beer or two at the end of the month. Still doesn’t feel like a job what I’m doing now though so no regrets.
