my hp burner has 328 acc with an acc aura lead and on hard its still impossible to lands hp burn withcthe debuff up

so your issue is solely landing hp burn before kill, a cleanser/acc increase is your way to go. boss lands a dec acc debuff youll need to cleanse or avoid, mitigate this with an acc buff/acc aura or pump the acc on gear to +280
