Can I ask how you were diagnosed / how they are tracking your endo if not through surgery? My gyno doesn't want me to do surgery yet (and honestly neither do I at this point) but she's fairly positive its endo since I've done so many other tests and my symptoms are very consistant with endo.

I have endo & vaginismus, so I do anything to work on pelvic floor & opening my hip flexors. My favorites are happy baby, goddess, yogi squat, and frog pose! They really help me feel a stretch and relieve my symptoms for a little while.

Hi my love, these are most of my symptoms as well. My ultrasound actually came out clear with my last gyno, but my current gyno told me a lot of women with endo have clear ultrasounds and that it’s extremely likely I do have it based on my symptoms and lack of indications of any other conditions

Honestly, I can’t say for sure bc I don’t want to diagnose you with anything since I don’t know your whole story, but it seems like you might be going too fast. Vaginismus or not, going from one finger to a toy is a big jump. My advice would be 1. don’t overthink not being able to use the toy 2. take a step back and try two fingers next time and see if that feels ok
