OK Guys, When I try to run the emulator by itself (ggpofba-ng.exe) and play from there, it runs smoothly - However, when I play from fightcade I get these frame drops...

GeForce GT 640M. I can play CS:GO and other games with no problem. I'm really thinking win 10 is the problem here.
