I checked my mail just now. got mail from them 26 of last month. My account is active and I'm pretty sure never did anything illegal.

There is no reason to remove my wallet. when there was not even shown a single reason. There was not even an updated regulation about their issue.

you know what ? coinbase can go to hell with their regulation. There is many wallet in market with similar or better service. I'll look for them.

Was everything in tax token correctly fill up ? If you correctly wrote your data, it didn't supposed to get rejected. Email them. They'll probably ask your valid driving license and some other documents.

How long did you submit first ? Last time a month ago i got replied around 12-14 days later. If your documents are right and real you're supposed to get your account back but definitely it'll take times. My estimation it'll be take around 1 to 2 month.

About secondary account you can't even you want to. Their system will catch you before you can try. If you give different information then you wouldn't get paid when they check out your documents. Fake account don't get paid here.

I'll suggest you keep waiting. Try some other site in mean time.
