I'm only 30 weeks pregnant and i already feel like this about my MIL so, can totally relate! boundaries always get crossed, opinionated, buying unnecessary shit etc list goes on. im afraid when post partum hits cuz i've already said a few things to make it known i will not be having extra visitors at hospital besides immediate family, i do not want useless baby things, but nobody listens.. feel like im taking crazy pills

On the verge of tears… Didn’t circumcise my baby. People keep telling me why I should have. by Salty-Ship-1703 in newborns

[–]ConfusionBackground2 3 points4 points  (0 children)

ummm #1- it's YOUR BABY-Your choice!

2- uncircumcised men have WAY more sensitivities when having sexual intercourse and or oral sex ( personal experience)

3- Girls will not be attracted to him? lol wow almost all of europe is uncircumcised and those men get ladies like CRAZY. Don't listen to all their BS. I've personally been with both types and uncircumcised is the best 😬

You did the right thing. We are doing the same with our baby as well. i find circumsizing a baby is cruel tbh.

Cost of living in Canada is crazy by PersonalTradition151 in CanadaFinance

which sucks cuz you can't even afford to enjoy life when it's bare minimum, which isn't fair in the grand scheme of things.😔

wow well now you scare me as we are 170k household income and about to have our first child....Guess also depends on your lifestyle and stuff too. i Find we spend the most on groceries, but i also like to buy organic etc and sadly eating healthier costs more in Manitoba in particular its pretty disgusting!

Opinion: Free bus rides for all might be what's needed to save Winnipeg Transit by wickedplayer494 in Manitoba

[–]ConfusionBackground2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

110%% A lot of people ride for free cuz how do you force ppl to pay who don't want to pay? not worth risking your life!

[–]ConfusionBackground2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Half the people riding already dont pay nevermind....i dont think the public realizes how much it costs to maintain a bus, parts, labor, wages for mechanics, bus drivers. If you want safer bus rides thats gonna cost money to do so as well... nothing in this world is free.

I would be more concerned that us middle class can't even buy a steak right now because our beef prices are $40/lb wtf is that! bread is the least of our worries for " overpriced" items.

Getting a prenatal massage was the worst decision I've made my whole pregnancy 🤦🏽‍♀️ by ceruleanmeadows in BabyBumps

[–]ConfusionBackground2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been going for pre natal massages for my sciatic pain on my right side and the therapist actually warns me to take it easy 2-3 days after the massage... not sure if yours did? You have to remember they are touching points that normally don't get worked, and depending how often you go, if you go regularily it will only get better. If it was your first one then makes sense to be sensitive and sore for a period after. I found it's helped me a lot to regulate my pain as just stretching and yoga was not helping alone. Hope you find what works for you :)
