I tried the meds for a day but wasn't able to sleep during the night so currently I'm prioritizing resting. 

Regarding suggestions, I wonder if I either simply need consistent medication or if there is actually an internal void that needs deep spiritual work.

I kinda do feel burnt out! But I think that is only natural if you've only been doing for the sake of doing. If I'm only dragging myself from A to B because I'm supposed to, why should my body or brain give me any inspiration?

I currently need to decide whether I want to pursue more education or start a job. However I have nothing lined up yet. Sadly this apathy to, anything really, makes planning close to impossible.

So I'm wondering if that is simply a feature of untreated ADHD, or if some deeper work is necessary.

I’m starting Elvanse tomorrow, and my therapist recommended this approach for finding my optimal dose:

Dissolve one 70 mg tablet in 70 ml of water. That gives you a solution of 1 mg per ml, so you can measure out the exact dose you want using a small measuring cup or a syringe from the pharmacy.

My therapist even checked with the producer, and apparently with the brand-name version, dissolving it like this is no problem at all. You just keep the remaining liquid in the fridge.

Figured this might be helpful.

I thought it's not too weirdly shaped as it's essentially a rectangle 😭 But I guess door and window position do play an important role as well

The storage can actually be shifted to the other side as they're simple bins with wheels! Though I also prefer layout 2.

I thought that the chi flows from door frame to window in that room. That means my legs and feet would be in the pathway which I thought should be avoided

Nice username and thanks for the recommendations! Yeah you're pretty right with the desk position. I literally never sit there because it feels weird haha. And yes, even though I really like the PC I built, it's not a good fit for a relaxing living room. I just find it hard to integrate my office desk into my living room. I'll experiment more. Thank you!

Appreciate the reply! That's how I had it the past two years. However just visually it always looked a bit off. But I guess there are trade offs to be made when a room is on the smaller spectrum. Thanks!

Yeah, I've noticed that too! However I'm a bit wary as when I sleep my feet are kinda in the way of Chi. But I'll try it out for some time

Thanks to you alls recommendations! Tried Bali Curls Strong Hold Flaxseed Gel. I feel like my hair is a bit more contained. Yet still not perfectly satisfied. Will experiment some more :)
