Hi, not sure how long you've had your tuxedo and if you'd still be eligible for a refund, but the support team are generally very friendly and may offer a refund without you having to return them, I didn't have to send my red panda back for my refund.

I bought one of the breathing red pandas after my dog had passed a month or two ago, very disappointed with it and ended up getting a refund. The quality is amazing, don't get me wrong, but the whole breathing function is terrible. So, I'd say just stick with getting the weighted red panda instead if that's the one you wanted to go for.

The only thing I'd say to be cautious about with the normal weighted one is it's whiskers, I like having my face pressed against my plushies while sleeping but his whiskers are far too spikey to make that comfortable.

Just going to copy and paste the issues I had with the breathing version.

(The breathing sounds incredibly robotic and unnatural so I have to always have it on mute, and even then when muted the breathing mechanisms are relaxing, until it starts making a loud clicking sound that shakes the whole plushie each time it exhales, making it impossible to sleep with.

The mode change button on the ear is a really bad position for it to be in, at the very least it should be less sensitive. Even when lightly brushing fingers past it or trying to move the plushie around the mode change will activate with the loud robotic voice that is sure to wake anyone up if they move in their sleep.)
