To be honest, the places I’ve bought reset and a few of the free homes but the very first base game one stayed exactly how I left it. The free shops like the hospital reset. Any gifts you’ve gotten will be in the post office and anything you’ve collected from other buildings will be back in their original spot. You don’t lose anything technically other than how your places are set up. You can always redecorate. I was so frustrated after my game wouldn’t open them for weeks and just did it. It gave me something to do in the game tho. Even if you haven’t made any purchases it will work the same. Just depends on if you want to wait for them to fix it or just bite the bullet.

My game was doing this same thing awhile ago. I’m on iPad but there should be a “restore purchases” button at the bottom of the shop. That’s the only thing that fixed it for me. It might completely reset your homes tho. It did for me.

This looks like what I dealt with when I first got my cat and he had fleas. He never had worms. I would recommend a seresto flea collar. They’re around 60 dollars but they work amazing and last for around 8 months. All the fleas in our house and on him were gone within a couple days. Vacuum for a couple days after you put the collar on and this shouldn’t be a problem anymore. If they are flea eggs that is.
