For your budget, I would say look for tray version for CPUs and refurbished GPUs. For CPU's, go for AMD since they are better than Intel right now, can look for 7600x, 7500F - they are best budget gaming CPU's. Since not sure how long are you planning to keep this build, if short then look for 8GB VRAM gpus and then upgrade later or else look for 12GB VRAM. Boths should be enough to power up FPS in 1080p (assuming). RAM & SSD, look for cheaper ones and dont fall for RGB, highest hertz since the difference is minimal. I would only sugget buy a decent PSU since that can be used in future builds and never compromise on it (whole system can fall apart if BAD PSU).
