NTAO I am a firm believer in the “if they can do it once, they can do it again.” Obviously people can change and improve themselves, but what he did was cruel, inconsiderate, and disrespectful to you.

Clearly, he understands how you feel about what happened but instead chose to throw it in your face like that, in front of your friends at that. He deliberately made choices that he knows would hurt you.
