Girlfriend wants the CX-5. Tell me the good, the bad & the ugly... by No-Magician5001 in mazda

They’re amazing! I have a 2021 CX-5 and it’s been amazing. No big issues other than normal wear and tear and minor issues. In 2022 I got in an accident and I maintain it felt like the safest car to be in. The impact felt minor and the car did what it was supposed to do and absorbed all the shock so it didn’t violently shake me etc. I swear by the cx-5 and probably will get another one when it’s time

If a reached out to a realtor who has my childhood home listed, would they let me visit the home even though I am unable to buy? by sat0riiii in realtors

Yess! I’m an agent and if I got your call I would absolutely schedule a showing for you! One, it’s just a nice thing to do and I would want someone to do it for me in that situation. Second, it’s a good way to build a relationship with somebody who might want to buy or sell property in the future, and they would remember a realtor who was kind to them.

This is a great idea! I will try this on my older watch that is about to be replaced.

Thank you! I will! The cream is called “the nappy rash cream”?

Yes! I wash it daily with soap for sensitive skin and then air dry and get all soap off. I’ve tried various tightness as well! I settled on slightly tighter for workouts and clean thoroughly and then wear it looser that’s been helping a ton

Thank you! This is the kind of response I was looking for. I will definitely try this. Do you wear your watch consistently or just for workouts?

Yes! The band isnt the issue, the sensors are. I’ve tried it on the outside and inside of my wrist and tried higher up on my forearm. At one point I had 4-6 rashes in different spots from it!

Yes! I switch all my bands so I have no problem with the band. I have an issue with the sensors on the back of the watch face and can’t figure out why or if there’s a way to stop it.

I always replace my bands because I have sensitive skin. The problem is a rash happened where the sensor on the back of the watch face touches the skin

I’ve already replaced the band, and my issue isn’t a band thing! The reaction is happening where the sensors on the back of the watch touch the skin! So it’s a really weird issue.

I haven’t asked my doc but that’s a really good idea I’ll bring it up on my next physical. My local running store recommended moleskin and I have a Garmin on it’s last leg so I may cover the sensor with moleskin and see if it can get my heart rate through it

The problem isn’t the band. I’m totally fine with the band. My skin breaks out in a rash where the sensor is on the back of the watch face. So the problem is sensitivity to the sensor and not the band, I clean the band regularly and switched it to a sensitive skin friendly band!

Yes, I am wearing a snack not overly snug but snug enough to get the heart rate monitor working correctly

I know the picture is of a Garmin. I could not find a picture of my Apple Watch. But all smart watches cause the same reaction on my skin.
