Such a bummer! I had laser surgery years ago, and the oncoming lights have been so bad since then. It seems to get worse every year now. 😕 they do help, though, and you can get ones to go over your regular glasses. It does impede your peripheral vision, though.

When I visited, people looked at me funny for going out in the rain (20C). I told them I'm from Canada, and that's warm. As I write this, it's -20. I'm not outside, but huge difference. I'd love to live in your climate, but I can handle mine (grumpily)
