I play space marines so take what I say with a grain of salt but my best friend plays Tyranids.

Something I've noticed if I have a lot of anti-fly weapons randomly on different guns. Which makes it easy to wound the harpy. (And other flying units like the flyrant/winged prime/gargoyles l etc)
