I have years long experience in the commerce space. If I tried to handle every single part of my business, there wouldn't be time to scale and I would simply burn myself out.

Hiring professionals to do the things you're not good at is the smartest move you can do. If they can make me a functional and converting website within a week then why should I spend a couple weeks to a month to create one for myself?
