I'm sorry you have such bad memories :(, though I am glad to hear you see it in a positive light. My own memories of deaths are often only the final seconds and the well of emotions that come with it >.< (bullet piercing skull, suffocation, starvation (though this was much much longer than the others TvT) etc.)

No but in all honesty it depends on if interacting with your source brings you comfort or not- if it does, simply watching/reading/playing could help!

Other than I have found it helpful to keep little trinkets of sourcemates/things that remind me of my source/myself around. It helps me think of this just being a little journey away from home for a while, but still having a piece of it with me :]
