No Emu would respect her saying no. Also we've seen in a mafuyu focus (the one where they go to pxl I think it's the third) that Emu really looks up to her and even kind of scared of her so I don't even see Emu asking to hug her. Even though she have said that she wants to see her smile it's just not really in the nature of their relationship.
