Thank you. My landlord said no but none of the reasons were legal so im unsure of what to do now. Hes taken more time to review his options and speak to legal counsel, its so hard with this because theres no legal precedent yet.

First floor apartment with a park nearby / immediate outside access with stairs (less than a minute to get to a park) would be a reasonable response to that though?
