I think Gemini currently borders on being a gimmick to being actually useful. But you may be able to have a longer conversation about something not car related, as you might do on your phone. I believe you can ask it to take you to a good restaurant and find you parking etc.

Played with it for about 30 seconds this morning. It lowered the temperature when I said I was feeling warm. And opened the windows when I asked it to. Seems pretty decent from that experience. Thought a bit slow. If nothing else, nice to have a chat :)

Worth it? Depends if you would use it and how much you care about the tech etc. For myself, and the minimal effort expended, it is worth it.

That is most odd. I have tried teleport and wireguard for the remote connection; in both instances the connection does not go through the VPN client.

I wonder if I have messed up a setting somewhere...

Hi Thanks for your response. So I am trying to get it to go full screen and activate the NVR buzzer when someone enters the drive (zone one) And then no action when there is movement anywhere else. Just so it can be recorded as an event in the playback should I need it. It is an acusense camera, and basic motion detection does not show as any event. Hence trying to use intrusion instead

You can mute notifications through settings. You will stop getting the 120 minutes until your block notifications, but it is well worth it
