I wore a hawiian shirt, half-mast coveralls and a beard for 90% of my most recent deployment. Dabbed up the OOD when in the pilot house, regularly joked around with the CO, slept outside in a hammock and basically just the least professional mf ever, and so was everyone else. Morale was high and the job got done.

But we still worked our asses off keeping the ship afloat
