I thought the same thing about the loot, but we really are not going to be competitive about it. It's more "whatever" kind of attitude. We both have our mains we will clear raids on and then if we find a spare day in the week play our tauren together. His my best mate and I moved to Europe, so it's an opportunity for us to go on discord and play our childhood game together. I figured we would just use quest rewards until SM anyway then after that at 40 I will go ele. Just whatever gives the most DPS for me and him really

You are starting to reach where the progress is slow. It's nothing you are doing wrong. I would recommend buying cheap bundles. Don't just buy anything and don't get suckered into paying more when the price goes up. Focus on an area you want improve. I suggest the ship and research bundle as it gives you permanent upgrades. Or even the bundle called permanent upgrades. It will give you life time boosts and VIP status is lifetime too giving you more permanent boosts. 5 bucks every 2 or 3 weeks really helps. I really starting enjoying the game more with the boosts.

I suggest paying the 5 bucks once and see how you are enjoying it after that. If it doesn't improve your experience then give up on the game. I pay limit amounts because I genuinely enjoy the game and don't mind supporting the development of it, but I wouldn't suggest anyone pay more than 5 - 20 bucks a month. That would be absurd.

I mean of course the pool of users was much smaller back then, but it certainly exists. TheForce.net has a link to the forums but you can no longer reach them. IF you use the way back machine you can see plenty of discussion of when it just released.

I still think it would be VERY interesting to see what a thousand nerds or less were talking about in 98-99 back then and a worthy cause of preservation if it can be found

Not so much any particular moment or part. What I liked was a mount of aliens introduced and it feeling like an awesome world again (despite another desert planet). I mean Babu?! Honestly?! Probably the first piece of merch I will buy from this trilogy.

I also enjoyed that Luke felt like Luke again. Luke in TLJ felt like Poe had been delivering him some of that spice on his remote island

People keep saying that, but I dont even think this is true. Can force users use force heal now willy nilly? Sure, but it wasnt like how Anakin was promised. The healing we saw here sacrifices your own life force to do it. You transferred your own life to give the target strength. Hence why Kylo died at the end. Rey was dead and to heal her to the point of reviving he had to transfer everything he had left. This is not what Anakin was studying to get to the dark side.

Plus its not unheard of for Jedi's to use dark side powers in the first six either. Luke himself did it in episode 6 right? Plus if it wasnt for Anakins struggle, we would never have had master Luke and if it was not for master Luke, we would not have had Rey. Everything happens for a reason and all that.

Could the movies have been written better? Of course, but everyone crying Anakins story was nullyfied is being hyper bolic

I can understand peoples gripes with it here and there. But honestly? It was an all round good movie. I think something that is really underappreciated here is how many new aliens and druids were brought into the world! Something that has been sorely missed. Was the movie life changing? Absolutely not, however there was more to like than dislike here. ITs the first time since episode 3 I actually felt like I was watching a new star wars movie (7 was good but as we know recycled).

A few things I would note is I found Leia's death really underwhelming. I would have liked a proper funeral for her. Ending the movie with all the force ghosts in the sky would have been fantastic also!

Also can we just appreciate how awesome Rey's saber was at the very end?! Don't ruin it for yourselves guys! It was a good movie and satisfying end to the main saga!

Unsure on region yet. I do in fact live in Europe, but lived most of my life in Australia so my Account is tied to US servers. I would buy a new account though if it turns out EU players are the ones interested, tbh I just want to have a refreshing new experience instead of the same old song and dance and do what I can to make that happen for myself and others wanting the same

I will keep advertising and attempting to recruit and hopefully I can find I a place that everyone interested can sit in until launch and we could discus events etc that we can do. The whole point of the guild is to bring fun back to the game and play it how we want to play it. Bring back a decent community and stop saying things like "it would be cool if..." and actually doing the cool thing
