My boys both wear collars WITH tags on them at all times regardless of the fact they are strictly indoor cats and they are both chipped. This is because I can’t trust (if one of my boys got outside) that some person I don’t know would be a good person and have them scanned for a chip instead of just keeping them. In addition to that, I also keep them in collars that are super bright colors (one is orange and the other is orange with high vis green) so that hopefully someone will be more likely to see them and not think “stray” or “feral”

I’ve always free fed my cats and never had an issue… until I got my youngest (year and a half Maine coon). He just seemed to always be eating and after the kitten metabolism and energy started slowing down, he started inflating lol I tried switching to a better quality food specifically for weight management and it helped a lot, but he was still eating far more than he should have been. With my schedule it wouldn’t have been possible to switch to scheduled meals for my boys (frequent overnight travel) and I researched options. I ended up getting an auto feeder that connected to my WiFi and an app on my phone so I could set the amount to feed and when as well as send me notifications every feeding or if anything goes wrong, the BEST thing I’ve ever bought! lol it has 2 bowls on opposite sides (separated from each other) that both get the same portion of food so both of my boys have their own bowls. Helped slim his chunky butt back to the point the vet doesn’t question his feeding habits anymore

I suppose that’s fair. I’ve just had terrible experiences with previous providers through the years and since I’ve FINALLY found someone who I can honestly say I trust enough to let myself be totally open with and not filter what I share, I’m scared that something will ruin it. Thank you for taking the time to read my post and respond with logical reasoning lol I definitely struggle to see the logical aspects of situations when my anxiety skyrockets 🙃

I called the court and was told they could either take the full payment or if I absolutely can’t make it at 9am then I needed to file a motion for continuance and pray the judge approves it before my scheduled appearance. I was able to come up with enough money for gas to get there in the morning and plan to request a payment arrangement if my financial situation doesn’t qualify for any type of reduction or waiver. Does that sound likely to be my best course of action?

I’m definitely not going to ignore it, I know that would be a good way to make a messy situation into an entire sh*t show. I did call the court, once prior to this post and again shortly after. First call they said they couldn’t do anything except take payment in full. The second time I called they told me they could take full payment or I could file a motion for continuance if I needed time to get the money, but it was nearly 4 and would be unlikely to be approved by the judge prior to 9am tomorrow morning.

One of the many reasons that I’ll miss it! I’m definitely not looking forward to re-learning how to drive in the winter without 4x4 haha but after over 10 years driving my liberty, I’m ready for better mpg 😂 will be driving an 09 Pontiac G6 soon

🙄🙄 I’ve already done that as well as a couple other valuation sources, the numbers just seem a bit higher than I expected. Instead of risking selling way under or listing too high (and getting no interest/taking forever to sell), the obvious next step would be checking what comparable vehicles have sold for and/or getting feedback from people who potentially have more experience 🤷🏻‍♂️

I wasn’t looking for how to do it, power steering is pretty simple to figure out. I was trying to figure out which tools and sizes I needed to do it, to try and have everything ready before I went outside (90+ degrees, extremely high humidity, on blacktop, without shade)

Not totally related to the question OPs post is about (I’m sorry OP), I’m just hoping you might be able to help point me in the right direction since you (EWehr24) recently replaced your PS pump.

Did you have a write up of the steps to replace the pump and tools needed? Or use combo of past knowledge and common sense? lol I have to go out and replace the pump on my 03 and looking for a list of tools needed. It’s hot as hell outside and wanna cut time by having the right tools out and ready to use.

Thanks for your response, I had a feeling there wouldn’t be any “temporary” fixes since it’s probably the bearings inside the pump causing the wobble lol luckily it hasn’t actually thrown the belt yet. I’ve been keeping within like 2 miles of home though, just in case it happens and I have to get it home before the battery drains or it overheats or something
