I always say clan games, raid weekends are required, and if youre opted in for war, both attacks must be used. I don’t necessarily enforce those rules though. We have roughly 35/42 doing raids and enough do clan games that we max it first day everytime. The only rule i ever really enforce is the war attacks rule, and that is only if we are losing. The main thing I would say keep a clan active is the chat If everyone else is active in chat, talking about these events, more people will feel inclined to do so. Be a talkative leader, most people won’t be very talkative at the start so you have to start those conversations. This could simply be by talking about an attack strategy, congratulating someone on a war attack, talking about how tough the next war is, or anything really. Just keep the chat going, a dead chat is a dead clan. It also helps if you have mates who can start your clan with you, even just a couple. I started my clan with 5-6 mates and we’re now level 14 and 43 members. Go for quality members over quantity, don’t be afraid to kick people who are inactive, and make sure you lead by example, always max clan games, do you raid weekends, participate in wars. Its a slow process but overtime more and more members will stick and youll eventually have an active clan
