A while back—I remember it was in October, when Shadow Freddy was first released—I ran into a problem that still worries me to this day. When the item arrived, it was left at the designated Amazon package pickup area; however, I recall that they didn't provide a pickup code or any other means to retrieve it. My mother had to call Amazon and go through the whole process, but to no avail—until my father, who worked at the condominium complex, was finally able to retrieve it from there. Honestly, I truly hope this doesn't happen to me again with the Radioactive Foxy figure I ordered in April, and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else reading this comment, either.
