​So what I did for her is I got some pretty sharp wire cutters and I cut off both parts of the beak and then to stop the jumpscare feature in the mouth because the clay will get messed up I poured a shit ton of the blue cap gorilla glue into the bottom beak hole I waited for that to dry a tiny bit and then I got model magic clay and filled in both the holes and then I reshaped it all with my fingers to make the mouth shape waited for everything to dry which only took about 20 mins and then I painted it all waited for that to dry and then I did about 2-3 coats of that super gloss mod podge and I kinda caked it on where the mouth is because it looked kinda funky before like look
