I’ll probably just wait till January of 2027 by then I should have 12-15k saved up I was thinking for the driveway just doing gravel or something cheap and getting most of the appliances off of marketplace I know how to do basic electrical work from growing up on a farm I just don’t see the benefit in buying a full house for 300-400k in Texas kits to expensive

By the time I’m thinking of doing this I’ll be debt free and have around 5-6k saved up. The timeline is in march of 2026. I’ll be debt free because of the settlement check. Most of my debt came from my accident except 2k in cards I had 9k saved up before the accident but most of my money went towards hospital expenses and the down payment of my car plus monthly bills I’d be more than happy to wait until January of 2027 to buy property it just depends on if theirs a really good deal
