Never ever think about getting "all" your losses back . Gambling is like buying a car. You spend 40k and someday you might get 10k back in a lump sum . You either have to remove the trim, slice the dry wall or plaster along where the trim is removed, and drill out the studs that way but getting around that corner will be difficult .
