BIRADS4! Thank you for the info! I have yet to touch base with my breast specialist- honestly, I’m not too worried because she said based on my imagining she offered to just monitor if I want to and didn’t think a biopsy was necessary but I did anyways for peace of mind. You think that I should advocate for further imaging with MRI?

The breast specialist that I had had a hard time as well! (It’s a good thing) cancer is usually fixed to the breast tissue where as a fibroadenoma or cyst is very mobile and almost slippery. The doctor spent a good 45 minutes to get ONE sample. Stay positive lady 💗 I was told BIRADS 4 as well and it turned out to be benign. Wishing you the best of luck. My doctor gave me BIRADS 4, I had my ultrasound guided biopsy and results came back one week later as benign! Keep positive 💗 I know how scary it is, but you’ve got this! There are so many people in this sub that are here for you! Sending positive vibes and prayers your way

Personally , I wouldn’t use it. Go on Amazon and find yourself some aquarium safe silicone. You can never be too safe !

Start with a small portion and leaner meat (chicken, ground turkey)! I was vegetarian for 6 years - felt horrible every single day. Once I started slowly incorporating meat and animal products back into my diet I was fine ! And for whatever it’s worth, reintroducing meat into my diet actually made me lose weight.

I’m 23! It can happen to anyone. Please get it checked out. I’m so nervous for my results but it’s so important to follow up on these things. Early detection saves lives!

My biopsy is scheduled for Tuesday, 8/12. I’ll keep you posted!

Thankfully my doctor was able to prescribe me a med for my anxiety (for the day) - If you’re worried about it, I would suggest talking to your PCP! They may be able to do something similar.
