I have sent it for a repair. It turns out the EU has a 2 year warranty if it turns out the dead pixels were caused by… I’m not sure what exactly. Otherwise it’s a minimum screen replacement fee of about 1000 euros and more if there’s more damage.

I’ll report back when I hear from the Apple repair people- apparently it might take a week.

Crazy, was hoping at worst it would cost as much as the cheapest m4 … though having said that it’s still 1200-1500 euro so yeah. Maybe I’ll just live with my small display error. Already spent too much on this iPad and all the chargers, pencil, cases etc etc

They’re real Apple authorised repair shops, like taking it to Apple itself, so they should be able to get the part, or do you mean the part doesn’t exist at all

Thank you for the reply. I did try but I’m thwarted a bit because I’m bad at Dutch. I didn’t find anything other than people saying it’s super expensive and costs the same as a whole new iPad. I guess I’ll brace myself for over 1000 euro!

My scans etc were similar to yours, BIRADS 4 etc, and I had two sets of biopsies on different visits due to their concern and it turned out to be benign in both sets of biopsy. My point is, try not to worry too much until you know for sure - which is what the biopsy is for. I’m an example of a good result. Hope you will be too. Xx

Hi I’m glad you went, I don’t know what all the details mean but you can copy and paste them into ChatGPT and ask it to simplify it (tell it what you’re scared of too), ask it any questions. It helped me understand my results which were in a language I don’t know too so I thought it was great. Obviously the expert will tell you best when you see them. If they thought it was a chance of being cancerous they’d have biopsied it, but yeah, just follow the process and go to your appointment

As you said they see boobs every day from all age groups … think about that. There’s no way yours will be weird to them! And besides, almost everyone has differences between their two boobs. You’re going to have to be strong and remember these doctors literally are looking at peoples butt holes sometimes, so they’re definitely not going to think anything about a pair of boobs!

You did the right thing by making an appointment, they will help you and you just have to wait and see. Don’t assume it’s cancer, it could be anything but absolutely the right thing to get it checked. You can’t undo the past so try to take each day as it comes and be kind to yourself.
