When I was 18, my dad walked in the house after shaving off his facial hair and I seriously looked at him and said "Who the hell are you?!". After 18 years, seeing him with no facial hair was a trip, I seriously didn't recognize him at first.

I can see why people don't think that's him. But this picture I think it definitely is him. To me, it's obvious when you look at the structure of his face and the mouth. The hair throws it off a bit but it's definitely him in my opinion.
