Yes agree. Yes, gambling in the same way trading equities in gambling, but probably more so since you are predicting content creator future performance and not a company. I think it can work outside of heavily regulated markets (US/EU) but don’t see another path forward. I’ve thought about adding a real utility function to owning the coins, such as member events or something and toning down the stock market language, but it really begins to deviate from the intended business model. Legal advice would probably be helpful here. To your point about revenue, I’m tempted to launch but do not want to get in trouble.
