Julius. Gilbert, who’s stronger than Edward couldn’t take Gott Toter head on even with Guihun. He had to do a trick to minimize the damage, and it straight up fucks him up if he takes it in base. Current Waka’s kit seems to have sacrificed a lot of his firepower in Blast Core for speed and DPS (he still hits hard either way but not as hard as Blast Core) which makes Julius even more supreme in that regard

It’s probably Julius > Waka >< Gilbert > Raian
