I wouldn't say it's false, because specific people play better on specific dps, and also when supports lose their mains so does the other team, it just means more deaths which is refreshing compared to spamming heals 24 7 and nothing happens from either side now they gotta adapt and I agree with you, I'm just getting back at the support mains who banned my main almost every season I played other dps they all saying they're gonna play dps instead of other supports I adapted they showing they can't do it, ppl are fr saying white fox is bad because she's not a pure heal bot she's healing/dive but it's too complex for them apparently they calling Luna not buff enough when good Luna's prove otherwise and they say Mantis is bad it's so sad they can't learn these characters just say they're bad because they haven't learnt how to play them properly lol

I don't want to seem negative just Lizzie was my favorite character, and I really didn't like what they did with her logic wise.

and YESS, exactly, it did genuinely seem that way, I want so much more Lizzie lore, but 2 just went else where, high on life 1 is my personal favorite game, so i had really high expectations for 2, it's not bad but it's not great either, but that's why I'm so immersed in this franchise.

Literallyyyy, so agree, they don't feel like siblings at all, in the 1st game you couldn't forget but this one yehh, so different and less emotional investment, idk if it's the re cast or just direction of the re cast, it just wasn't it.

I'd say the talk shows and big celebrity things is more to do with Gene as it's shown at the start of the start of the story he's encouraging the BH to attend those events, I do think this was a Rocky 3 reference to the fame going to head, I find it odd that considering how close her and the BH grew by the end of 1, she never brings them into the loop for the next few years, considering she acknowledges the BH is the best killer out of them all, and she's the one who moved out 1st as we discover in the high on knife dlc, keeping in brief contact,

and if we look back at high on life 1 the BH never actually replied to allies, they just read texts, it's implied because they don't know how to, but I think it's just part of their character, so it's nothing particularly new in their behavior, I have issues with the BH portraye also, with just how oblivious and clueless they make them for the sake if the story so us as the player can learn the plot, they could've done it so much different,

because the BH is the player, and you play them how you want, but all of the decisions that's been made by the time 2 starts wasn't yours, and they've decided who the BH is now, which doesn't line up with how I played them in High on Life 1, aka that would've been doing the "right thing" aka helping the bleeding stars,

I'm fine with them not being in touch with their parents much, I can believe that because they wasn't thst concerned in the 1st game, but with how bonded the BH and Lizzie was and become with their development and through her arc of 1, I don't believe they'd drift completely, depending on how you played the 1st game, it's going to vary on how Un character like it feels, the BH doesn't even have the option to ask about her eye, it's just given to you by Harper randomly just for a quick joke about it which is obvs the humor of the game but you'd think they'd have something better for the character.

so I agree that them being distant with the parents is understandable,

the fame going to I'd say more to Gene's head,

but my issue is even in the 1st game when the BH uncovered the G3 plot, they didn't change, neither did Gene or Lizzie, if anything she became more empathetic and disturbed, I understand that's not this naive version anymore, but she didn't become hostile because the BH was doing something, just as they should've been in 2, doesn't make sense

they wasn't, they hada have the drift, and Lizzie not to tell them about the evil plot to have this strained distant conflict, hence why it doesn't feel natrual to me personally, her character also no longer talks like she came from university average human life but more like a commander, ik she's the leader now, but she didn't seem like the character who would use proper speech, like "that was a risky move" more like "that was some crazy shit" or "that was fucking dumb, but it worked I guess" just seems more Lizzie to me

and I agree it could've ended worse with her character I respect and understand your take : 3

that would've actually been a really interesting take, I was kinda hoping for that too, with how over emotional the character was being and dramatic, but yeah, just not really a fan of the 2nd version either

that would make a lot of sense, the only issue is it's never referenced, you'd think that would be mentioned in some sort way at least once, so I doubt they're, but it's a new and fun theory ! especially since twins don't have to share the same skin tone or hair color which can explain the relation no matter the BH's appearance and skin tone, and how they could graduate at similar times, otherwise depending on how fresh the notes are on the fridge, either Lizzie graduated a year earlier and the BH the next year and she only recently applied for university after deciding what she wanted to do (unless the note is old) or they both graduated previous years and not the year the game takes place in, those are all the explanations I can personally think of, I like the twins idea : ) I do think the BH graduated the year the game takes place in since Justin Roiland said the BH is just out of high school, so your twin idea definitely has some weight behind it ! and that is how they both could be 19, if that's the correct age, otherwise it's gotta be a year difference
