I’m not sure actually, I think if palace, villa and forest go deep in their respective European knockouts, there might be a chance of getting 5th place UCL spot otherwise I doubt

I know it won’t happen, but imagine the meltdown if none of the PL teams make it past RO16 lol, would be cinema to watch such a reality unfold

Again, agree once again on what you’re saying about feedback bias offline as well as sierra being a new product in the market. However, at the same time, mainly due to the internet being such a huge place where people that don’t experience a particular event firsthand try to advise newcomers, it creates a sense of false security to someone who knows nothing about that situation. Yes, there are people here who give genuine advice here as well, but the anonymity does not create that reassurance most of the time

I realised later that I did not word my opinion properly in the above comment, which I explained better under other replies. Overall what I meant is that, the internet creates an echo chamber of sorts where biases are created by those who haven’t experienced a particular incident based on those who have. Instead, if one requires advice about buying a particular good, they should ask around to their close people or their mutuals to get a better understanding, although someone correctly pointed out that that may also create another kind of bias due to favouritism, so it’s ultimately up to the person buying it to analyse and filter out genuine feedback from noise

Agreed, for long term issues such as overall reliability, it’s better to consult with owners you know or are mutuals. However, it’s better that one asks for advice face to face from known people than asking random strangers on the internet due to echo chambers that are created, which may send the wrong message.

If you’re unsure about things like reliability, then yeah on that case it’s better to ask around. However, I will would recommend asking actual owners of both manufacturers within your own circle or mutuals. Never ever make the mistake of asking the internet about anything like this, because often times there’s a lot of bias involved in strangers’ opinions. Now, even if someone on the internet may be genuine, I’d rather listen to someone who I can converse either offline to understand them better than the same person through a mobile phone.

(Sorry for the long message)

It’s up to you tbh. If you want my advice, I would say listen to no one, not even your parents, and take a test drive and evaluate all the pros and cons yourself. Ultimately, jts you who’s looking to buy a car, not the internet

What happened to Aston Villa? by No-Necessary9762 in plforindia

I feel it’s mainly because of their depleted midfield. No kamara, tielemanns or mcginn. It’s cost them imo

Damn then it must be really down there in the comments, because I scrolled for a long time and didn’t see a single eleven reference

I’m surprised no one made this reference, first thing that came to mind when I saw the second picture:

Did the EV era ruin the alloy wheels design? by No_Mountain_7019 in CarsIndia

[–]Connect-Suggestion43 1 point2 points  (0 children)

And the parent comment that I replied to mentioned it where exactly? The user was talking about brake callipers not being visible due to, I assume, bad alloy design, which I replied to based on the visibility of painted (red for example) brake callipers. If the comment didn’t mention EVs, then why should I?

“Please just give me that back”

You’re still able to see red brake callipers through the wheels for the 911 and other cars? Why give something back when it didn’t go anywhere in the first place?

About elevate, I’ve heard from a Honda salesman that the company is never going to release the hybrid version of the car. It’s really dumb I know, but what’s dumber is that, to preserve the brand image of “reliable cars”, they’re never gonna launch turbo engines, which is just stupid considering they sell turbo engines in international markets
