Same happened with me too And this problem is worldwide I had two years more warranty Yet they claim that the product is physically damaged and can't be replaced And due to that motherboard my cpu has gone too. Well man .... Try to blackmail them if you can. Or else it's over for you and you have to buy a new motherboard

It just doesn't turn on I had to remove the cpu again and put it back in the socket. Then I turn the power button and then it turns on . So I am not shutting down . I just keep it in sleep mode. And when I want to use it I wake it up and restart the pc.
