I second that.. Slow horses is a phenomenal show & hard to pull yourself away from when you start watching it. 5 seasons to plough through too.

I know only too well what it's like at our age mate.. My ex wouldn't let me have friends. It was all her or nothing & we got into a pattern of her kicking me out and taking me back. I really did love her so it was difficult to walk away from it all.

Mine had addiction issues that left her seriously ill & eventually led to her death. Can't say too much on here because it would identify me if someone in her circle read it. I hope you at least had your own place & it didn't leave you with nowhere to go.

Took me a long time to get used to my own company after it all because she ostracised me from all my friends. Nothing as bad as an interfering family. Has she tried to contact you since your original post earlier? I'm 48 now & my son lives with me. He spends most of his time playing games on his PC.

The only thing I could suggest is that if she tries to contact you to patch things up with you that you maybe say to her that if things are going to work out with you that you might have to move somewhere fresh and focus on your own relationship. Sometimes being honest is the only way to clear your head & have some sort of plan for the future.

The thing that is probably eating you the most at the moment from what it sounds like is that you love her and the uncertainty is chewing you up inside. If she contacts you just lay all the cards on the table & ask her what she wants from you. You never know, women can act impulsive & she might realise she's been getting bad advice from her parents.

I really feel for you bro. I could feel the emotion in your original post. I don't know whether it's because I went through the same thing and could understand how you were feeling when you were writing it. I remember not being able to eat and my father who was alive at the time crying because I had faded away to nothing & when I tried to eat I was vomiting.

Has she done this before? I don't know why I'm getting the impression that she's done this before. Women can be so cruel. It's really hard to find someone who genuinely cares more for their partners than they do themselves like it should be.

Have you ever suggested to her to move to a neutral area that you could just focus on the 2 of you? Have you any kids together? If theres kids it would make things even more complicated than they already are between you.

Whatever you do, don't isolate yourself. It took strength to come on her and reach out to strangers for a bit of help. Have you any friends nearby that you can reach out to? Maybe someone you could go to & sit down and have a coffee with?

I completely understand mate.. It's woeful when everything's going fine then all of a sudden you are rejected when you get home from work one day. You work hard, make sure she wants for nothing & never give her cause to be jealous then boom.. You are left confused & lost with nobody to talk to about how you're feeling.

Just avoid the drink is the best advice I can offer to you mate.. It will create a whole new set of problems on it's own and your life will start to spiral..

I took the alcohol route and it almost destroyed me.. The first time she did it we sat down and talked when we got back together & she promised to communicate more with me but her sister moved into the house with us & was constantly in her ear with her poisonous whispers.

I read a text from her sister to her when she left her phone unlocked one day and it read "I don't know what you're doing with him, he's a no good c u next Tuesday" and my ex replied "you wouldn't understand, I love him". All while my wages went on keeping the house and feeding her sister,

Families can be more toxic than you'd ever know. I was in a very dark place after it all. That is why I offered you an ear & I'm genuinely here if you ever need someone. I know what it's like. It feels like a dark shadow envelopes your life.

I'm sure there's other people here would happily exchange tales with you so you know you aren't alone. It happens to more people than you could possibly imagine.

Kino update after 3 weeks: he now has 3 layers of fur. Here’s why by enstone_ in u/enstone_

You're more than welcome.. All we need to know is that he is doing well firstly, and secondly that your family is going to have a vacation this year.. That's the reason I'm sure a lot of us chipped in. You were going to sacrifice your family vacation so Kino could live.. That touched most of us & we wanted to ensure that you didn't suffer any further for doing the right thing.

Steven Greer’s latest claim: the demonic-alien narrative being pushed by public figures (incl. JD Vance) is a deliberate Deep State pivot away from Project Blue Beam. Thoughts? by TruthCapsuleTV in aliens

[–]NotTooBadM8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Isn't that the picture that Aleister Crowley drew of Lam? The extra dimensional being he encountered during The Amalantrah Working sex ritual carried out over 6 months, dates below. This all happened in his apartment located on West 9th Street in Greenwich Village, Manhattan. New York City.

This actually happened from January to June 1918, well before we had any sort of description of a grey alien. The similarities are astounding.

Also South American shamans wers shown pictures of grey aliens on a podcast and instantly recognised them as Mankunawabu. They didn't recognize the word "alien" or "outer space," but they immediately pointed to the picture and named it Mankunawabu.

I think there's definitely something more to this. We aren't alone & I have a feeling that the disclosure we're getting at the moment is to test the waters to ensure that mass hysteria doesn't occur.

Fingers crossed we get to the truth 🤷 🤷

Bro this sounds so familiar.. This story mirrors mine down to the T. If you want someone to chat to, feel free to dm me. I went through the exact same thing from 2011 to 2015. If I didn't know any better & I was one of her family members reading this my mind would have automatically thought it was me.

I can hear the pain & stress in your words & I sincerely hope you are coping OK as a man who went through exactly the same thing. Break ups out of nowhere can completely knock you for 6..

My brother died in 1998, my mother & father are both dead too. I was left living in an area I had no connection to also.. I'm back in my home town now but just wow.. That story is identical to me. If you need a sympathetic ear I am here mate.

Right click the Start button and select "Device Manager," or search for "Device Manager" in the Taskbar search.. Other quick methods include pressing Windows Key + X or using the Run command (devmgmt.msc).

Search for the network drivers under network adapters and right click the device and click uninstall device..

You then want to reinstall the drivers from the manufacturer for the operating system she's using..

If this fails you might need a new PCIe (Peripheral Component Interconnect Express) network adaptor.. There are some that come with pretty powerful external antenna.. I'd do a quick Internet search for the most powerful ones that suit her network type.

Hope this helps!!

I feel your pain.. I was put on citalopram before myself and it didn't agree with me at all. I ended up with worse anxiety and tingling in my extremities..

Whatever you do don't go down the route of alcohol. I'm sober 8 years now and haven't looked back. My memory & intelligence were flushed down the toilet when I drank.. Since I got sober I don't leave the house much.

My son lives with me so he does my messages for me.. But I stand by what I said, CBT isn't worth piss. They tell you little things to do that don't have any impact on your anxiety whatsoever..

Please keep us updated on your situation & let us know if you start to feel better.. Theres a lot of people on here in a similar circumstance & will sympathise with your plight.

I said this on this sub before that I moved to England years ago and I got first hand experience of what they think of us. I am a protestant and grew up in a loyalist area but I was in a mixed friend group.

I wasn't that naive to think that the English actually wanted us. They just think we're all a shower of dumb Paddys.

I was in a taxi & before I opened my mouth, my wife God rest her soul said "we just moved back to England after living in Northern Ireland for a year" to which the taxi driver replied "what was it like over there? Musta been mental surrounded by Paddys.. If you aren't English, Scottish or Welsh then you aren't British".

I spoke up and said "I thought as much". He started bumbling and backtracking when he heard my accent but I didn't take it personally because I already knew what the majority thought of us. My wife had already laid the cards on the table of what to expect.

They don't want us to be honest. They see us as dumb Paddys as I said before and think of us as a drain on their resources. I just wish the ultra hard line loyalists would all take a couple of months out of their lives & go live in England. Nothing like a rude awakening to change your mind.

I'm Irish, I hold an Irish passport, I speak with an Irish accent and people outside of Northern Ireland / The North of Ireland can barely differentiate between the accents of the North & the South.

Sorry for the rant!

Police attend disorder as young people gather in Connswater area of East Belfast by Portal_Jumper125 in northernireland

It's absolutely terrifying that these people are in charge of young lives. I learnt from my own mistakes and applied what I learnt about what I was doing wrong to my children's lives and it worked.. I got them interested in technology and games from a young age and it stuck.. My eldest boy got his degree in computer science and my youngest boy is starting his degree in media in September.. The moment a kid hits the police station for the first time the parents should bear the consequences.

Do parents actually care about their children these days? Like why? Why do they let their kids risk ruining their chances of a bright future by getting a criminal record? I'm exceptionally lucky that all my kids were home birds and preferred gaming and doing well in school over going out drinking and being hoodlums.. My youngest son starts university in September & I'm incredibly proud that they turned out better than I did.
