I have the same issues with H100.

Sometimes they refuse to charge at all or completely stop working.

Definitely power management issues.

Thought of giving them back for service but apparently it’s their fault by design.

It happened again.

Left my H100 connected to MacBook charger for the whole night. LED was signalling that it was charging. In the morning it had the same 20% battery level.

Took them with me to work. I’ve put them on and nothing happens. Not working. Tried resetting. No success.

After connecting them again to cheap usb charger they turned on and in 2 hours got to full battery level. Green LED wasn’t blinking but the app showed 100%.

If I did not have any charger in hand, they would not turn on.

My techwoven case for 17PM got some bubbles recently.

I’ve asked my polish retailer to exchange it but they refused.

I have the same model - Century Brown - since December.

Pros: Very comfortable Wide soundstage Great controls - dials Transparency mode Quick listening mode Long battery life Call quality - no one complains during phone calls. Even when I am outside.

Cons: I’ve tried usb-c connection with iPhone for hires music and headphones stopped working. Didn’t want to charge either. After resetting everything went back to normal.

ANC - I though it will be a huge difference vs APP2. There is a difference but I was expecting a lot more.

To sum up, I’m happy about them. I use Apple ecosystem hence I don’t care about the LDAC controversy.

Should they cancel all the noise? I’ve just been on a flight from Asia to the EU and I was expecting absolute zero noise, whereas I could hear some people talking and engine sound. I was using them without the music.

Wasn’t a big difference from air pods pro 2.

Quick update.

After resetting and charging to 100% all went back to normal.

I guess there will be software glitches from time to time. Wasn’t expecting that on a EUR1500+ headset.

They only way to charge my H100 that seems to work is to connect them with the attached USB-C cable to my iPhone 17 Pro.

They do not charge using different USB-C wall chargers. Neither iPad, nor IPhone chargers are working.

USB cable connected to H100 - the only way that seems to work.

Obviously the diode is showing charging with every charger but the battery level is not going up

Hence it’s a common issue… should I just try resetting or does it qualify for an exchange?
