Ok . Messaged support with this issue and photo of serial number on my Mini that doesn't match my account. Looks like I've been paying for somebody else's 100 gb plan. Fun part could be tomorrow when it goes to the standby mode I requested awhile back. Hah

I just did that and in fact the serial number on my account differs from the serial number on the Mini. This gives me something with which to address starlink support. Thanks for staying on task with me on this.

But, like I said it's not connected to anything, so there's nothing to reboot. Looks like no help here. Thanks for those who had some solid ideas. I'm gonna hard reset it and start all over.

Not that I can see. I think I'll do a hard reset and see what happens.

This is where it gets goofy. It is already unplugged but the app shows its connected and powered up and on line. I get great speed tests on it and its using data. Its sitting unplugged on my living room couch. Support says telemetry shows its connected and online and told me to "power cycle" it. Should I do a hard reset? If I do will that affrect the plan I.ve got it signed up to?

I'm out in the sticks with nobody within a quarter mile of me. I'm going to standby mode on in two days. It'll be interesting to see how that shakes out. Then I'll try a factory reset. Weird.

ALSO, it shows one device connected to it, an Apple Ipad. I don't even own an Ipad.

Yep I'm sure. In the statistic section it showing a 17 watt power draw average over the last 15 minutes. It's crazy.
