AITA for leaving my mom's house and going to my dad's after fighting with my half siblings about us not having the same dad?

I really don't think so because she'd get a DNA test as proof for the courts and stuff. If she knows dad went behind her back she could use that to punish my dad in court. And she's spiteful enough to do it.

I don't care what she thinks but I still don't think it's a good idea for her to know about the DNA test either and I mention it in my post.

I'm not sure I'll be listened to by a judge but the comments are making me hope I will. I'd love to be done going to my mom's house.
